Terms and Conditions

These express warranties are in lieu of all others, warranties, conditions, undertakings, terms and obligations implied by statute, common law, trade usage, courses of dealing or otherwise all of which are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I accept the following terms and conditions:

1.1 In order to activate your 3 year warranty we recommend that you register your GNR monitor online within thirty days of the original purchase of the product.
1.2 The warranty applies only to defect in material or workmanship and does not include normal wear items such as fuses in the plug. The warranty applies only to defects which occur during normal use and does not extend to damage to the Product or parts which results from:-
  1.2.1 Alteration, repair, modification, faulty installation or service carried out by anyone other than an authorised GNR service centre;
  1.2.2 Accident, neglect, warehousing or transportation, lightning or line surges;
  1.2.3 Abuse, or misuse owing to failure to comply with the instruction booklet.
1.3 You must retain the original bill of purchase or provide otherproof of purchase.
1.4 Any replacement parts provided in fulfillment of this warranty are only covered under this warranty for the unexpired term of the original warranty.
1.5 In no event shall GNR be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, damage to other property caused by any defect in this Product, inconvenience, loss of goodwill, loss of profits or revenue, loss of use of this Product or any associated equipment, cost of substitutive equipment, downtime costs or claims of any part dealing with purchaser for such damages, resulting from the use of this Product or any other legal theory. GNR does not exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from the Product.
1.6 The Warranty is valid for three years from proof of purchase or 39 months from manufacturing date.
1.7 The targeted exchange time is 24 working hours from receipt of Registration Authorisation leaving GNR server.
1.8 The 24 working hour service operates throughout the UK mainland*.
The replacement monitor will be delivered at a mutually convenient time.
Please note there are no deliveries on Saturday, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
1.9 In order to ensure that the GNR Exchange Service remains speedy and efficient we ask that you prepare for the service by having the monitor packed with all accessories and ready for collection when the GNR courier comes to collect it. The monitor must be packed in either the original box in which it was bought or a similar box that will protect the monitor in transit and ensure it arrives at GNR in the same condition it was collected in. Any damage caused to the monitor in transit due to insufficient packaging will be the liability of the customer.
1.10 The monitor that you receive through the GNR Exchange Service will be the same model in a similar condition. If this is not possible you will receive a model with a specification the equal if not greater than your original monitor that was manufactured at the same time. If you are not satisfied with the replacement model, please notify GNR in writing within two weeks.
  * Areas which are not covered for this warranty are:

Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly
Isles, Scottish Islands, Jersey & Guernsey, Channel Islands, Irish
Republic, Europe etc..
