This is a general layout page, but can be simplified with web dadi system default setting, e.g search result, featured properties etc, as long as it fit within the blank space inside the white frame.

The Subcategories blue links are optional.

The content page can be a long scrolling page of of carefully edited and laid out content that requires some scrolling. But when the visitor reach the bottom, they don't need to scroll up to navigate because they also have the tabs at the bottom too. The tabs will always be consistant with each other so the visitor knows which part of the portfolio they are at.

The size of the text can also be changed to be bigger and smaller instead of fixed sizes. Simply try increase and decrease sizes from the brower setting to see what i mean.
